Ready to make a referral?

If you’ve found an award-eligible position that matches your friend's needs, here's what you need to do to make a referral.

Start by asking your friend to go to kp.org/careers to create a profile and submit interest in the award-eligible position. Direct your friend to indicate "Candidate Referral" and "Current Kaiser Permanente employee" as the source.

Once your friend has been hired into the award-eligible position, follow these simple steps:
  1. Complete the ERP Submission Form.
  2. Submit the form via the website and an email will be sent to Recruitment Services.

You will receive the award amount as one lump-sum payment after the new hire has completed 90 days of employment. After your award payout is approved, please allow 30 days for the payment to be processed. Your award bonus will be paid in your paycheck.

If you referred the individual on kp.org/careers, you MUST still complete the ERP Submission Form within 30 days of the new hire's start date. If he/she is already in our database, you will receive a default rejection notice; however, you may still be eligible (for details, reference our guidelines). Once the ERP Submission Form has been processed by Recruitment Services, you will be notified if your referral is eligible.
